Hey everyone. I am looking for some quick weight loss methods to drop about 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I have done the healthy lifestyle and am working out, but need more. Im looking for some good diet plans to help me loose my baby weight, ive looked online but you have to pay for them. Im a vegetarian who eats no meat but does eat dairy products.
This one works for me. Cut out the dairy, don’t use oil or fat when cooking, make sure you eat a big variety of things, eat only small amounts of oil rich foods (nuts, seeds, olives etc), eat lots and lots of fruit and veg and whole grains (brown rice, wholemeal pasta and bread) so you don’t get hungry, and regularly do some exercise. It is important that you eat a wide variety of different things.
