What is the most effective weight loss pill on the market today?
I only want to hear from people who have actually TAKEN it and seen results.
I exercise and I eat healthy, but I want to take off a few unwanted pounds before my vacation in Aug.

What is the best and most effective weight-loss plan? What has worked for you?
After gaining almost 60 lbs. from my last pregnancy, I REALLY need to lose the weight. I am contemplating joining weight watchers, but am not certain it is the best plan for me. I cannot afford ANY diet plan that costs money, but I am desperate. I want to learn to eat more healthy foods and change my lifestyle. I know I could do this on my own without the support of a diet plan, but I need everyone’s opinion. Has anyone lost a lot of weight and how?
At the moment, I’m on my own diet, I just picked up a lot of tips from here and there and combined them. I cut out a lot of junk food in my diet, I replaced crisps and coke with fruit/ veg and drank water instead.
I also keep a food diary which helps show me what I am eating and where I was going wrong, it’s amazing when you look at what you eat over the day, you don’t realize at the time that one biscuit here and there adds up.
The most important thing for me was exercise!! I started of gradually, I bought a few dvds, which you can buy cheaply on Amazon in their sales, and i also started using my treadmill which was bought and never used!! So far I have lost a stone in the past four or five months.
It’s also good to lose weight with someone as it helps to motivate you, but once you start exercising and drinking between 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day, you will soon start to see the benefits. And don’t be strict, allow yourself treats, once or twice a week, you wont stick to it otherwise

Are jumping jacks effective for weight loss and ripping?
Due to time constraints and weather, I have to stay indoors. Are jumping jacks effective in weight loss and ripping (toning) of body? If so, what amount, speed, and frequency do I do them at? I do not want to run because it is not feasible for me at this time of the year. I just need something that is as effective and can be done in a single room.

Jumping jacks alone, no, but over all they are good for weight loss. For me, a 6 ft 180lbs guy I lose 776 carbs per hr doing jumping jacks… i wouldn’t suggest doing em for a hour

Effective weight loss so i can join the army?
I am 21 years old. I have always wanted to join the military. Its within reach I jsut need to loose about 30 pounds to meet my weight goal. Any suggestions on a good way to do that without excessive dieting? Excerise I already do… I am having trouble with this last bit of weight.

Exercise more, stop drinking all sodas, diet and regular. Dont diet but eat less processed food. I would recommend 2 hours of aerobic activity. One hour in the morning and one in the evening with a day off. Also ask a recruiter for a fitness program. Some recruiters run exercise sessions to get a recruit in shape.
What is an effective weight-loss supplement?
I want to drop 10-15 lbs, and I am looking for something that is an affordable supplement that will help me lose the weight quickly. Anything that requires minimal exercise would be ideal. I try to eat healthy and try to eat less, but it never seems to give me any kind of results.
I also don’t want to use anything like SlimQuick or Hydroxycut…none of that, because I know that you will gain the weight back twice as bad once you stop taking it.
I totally know where you’re coming from – before I lost weight, I tried Hydroxycut and it made me really dizzy and gave me these awful headaches. I suppose that’s how you lose weight with it – you feel too sick to eat

Like I’d drop a bunch of weight at first, but then I’d plateau and not lose another pound – even if I was starving myself and going to the gym everyday! I had a baby 7 mos ago. I work two jobs and am a part time student. I would like to try for that bikini body I’ve never had. Breastfeeding put me down to my middle school weight but i’ve always had a (little) tummy. Anyway I do have a gym membership but not much time- SO i was wondering what is the most time effective way to burn calories?
Obviously eating right. But the best technique for burning fat is called HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training. Basically walk/run. & it doesnt take more than 20 miuntes a day & should only be done 3 times a week.
