My birthday party is a pool party and I need to look good I need a quick fix . Help thanks . Only constructive comments I know that crash diets or quick fixes aren’t happy and stuff but it is super important .
ps I lose 2 pounds a day if i dont eat lol :P

well girl what i would do is eat different kinds of fish and steamed, baked or grilled and lot of fresh steamed veggies ONLY drink water and exercise EVERYDAY for atleast an hr or two you should be able to pull off at least 10-15lbs and lose a few inches here and there off your waste. GOOD LUCK GIRL:) I know it’s not easy. Another option to add to this is trying a fat blocker or fat burner. Just becareful how much caffine you consume I would just drink water and only water as adding caffine to those pills can cause you to freak out

What is a good quick detox diet that really cleans out your system?

No no not a drug detox! lol I am just trying to clean out my digestive track and get my bod digesting properly.

I don’t think there is a "quick diet" for detoxifying your system.

I recently got down to 9st4lb from 13st, it took a year and i did it by walking and running around after my baby. I’ve gone upto 9st 10lbs recently but i want to be just under 9st by the beginning of June. I have hit the bar, my exercise isn’t shifting anything at all.
If i cut most carbohydrates out and eat a high protein diet will this help shift stubborn weight? I’ve heard its dangerous so is there a way to make it safer yet still effective?

Eat a high protein diet but don’t cut out carbohydrates completely. Continue to exercise even though you may feel you are not achieving very much. When loosing weight you sometimes hit a "brick wall" which is very discouraging but do soldier on.Don’t forget , even though you are eating the "right food" you can still eat too much of the "right food".Its a simple equation , "calories in"- "calories out."

I’m not on a particular diet, just eating healthier (and less) to gradually lose weight. So far, all I know about diet food is general stuff, like fish and salads are good. And that’s all I’ve made, really.

Also, is steamed short-grain white rice healthy? I love the stuff, so I hope it is.

White rice is not healthy. It’s a simple carbohydrate that your body converts into sugar. Sorry.

My husband and I maintain a normal weight, although we do gain weight from time to time. We eat whatever we want, but we try not to overeat, we avoid sugary foods, fatty foods, and grease. We try to exercise too, although I admit we usually fail. We are good at keeping our weight down and losing it if we gain a few pounds by watching our diet.

Some food ideas: Whole wheat tortillas, avocados, almonds, asparagus, lean cuts of beef, turkey, egg white omelets, sandwiches on 100% whole grain bread, South Beach snack crackers, fat-free cottage cheese, sugar-free yogurt, whole wheat spaghetti noodles. You get the idea. Just don’t deprive yourself, and when you do eat pizza or dessert, don’t overeat and you’ll be fine.

Whats the best way to lose 10-15 pounds in a relatively short time?
I dont have a whole lot of weight, my BMI is under 25, i just want to shed a few extra pounds.

1.Absolutely no rice!
2.Do more exercise and work out
3.Walk. Do not use elevators or escalators.
4.Do not sleep too much
5.Never let your tummy feel you’re hungry, eat in small amounts.
6.Don’t eat 3 hours before you go to sleep at night.
7. After you eat your meals, don’t sit down, stand or do something.
8.Eat fruits before meals,it will help digest the food quickly and thus no fats are stored and you also stay healthy.
9.Do some sports like badminton.
10.Have the conviction and discipline to lose weight.

These things I’ve mention is the natural method of loosing weight. Do not use slimming pills if you don’t want to shorten your life.

I really want to lose weight. I don’t want to be super skinny, but I just want my stomach to be flat. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit and feel comfortable in it. Is there any way I can lose like…20 pounds? That will bring me down to 100 pounds, and I’m only like…5′1. I’m 13. Please don’t tell me that I don’t need to lose weight. I want to lose weight to feel confident in myself. Can you please give me a quick way to lose it? Thanks.
It’s really hard to do sit ups since I have scoliosis. It hurts my back sometimes.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I just bought Quick Trim, and found a specific diet guide that was included in the package. My question is this: if I don’t follow the specific diet, but still eat healthy and exercise, will it still work?

Hey i been taking it for about 1 month and i been exercising a lot 2-3hr a day I take about 2 in the morning and 2 in the after noon it depends on your body people say they get sick and the side effects i get non and it this is the only diet pill that actually don’t get me sick i mean try it for a month and if you don’t see nothing stop taking it i lost 16Pd’s but i workout a lot and i eat healthy it all depends on you.

Waste of money, absolutely.
Ignore the posts with ‘my girlfriend tried’, or ‘my wife tried’, they are advertising.
Lipotrim won’t do it, neither will berries, green tea etc etc etc.
If you read the blurb they all include a change in your lifestyle, it’s the exercise and diet they advocate that enables you to lose weight.
So save your money and change your lifestyle, exercise more and eat sensibly.
