Anyone know any quick weightloss tips before the wedding?
My friends are getting married in less then 2 weeks and i want to look better in a dress then i do now. I already work out a lot but not toning fast enough. Does anyone know any quick diets or anything like that. It doesn’t have to be permanent, i just need it for the day of the wedding. Thanks a lot.

Breakfast – fruit only nothing else
Lunch – Salad, no cheese or croutons or meat. Just lettuce/spinach and veggies with vinagarette dressing.
Dinner – Anything as long as there is no cheese or meat.

Don’t do the Slimfast stuff. I know of someone who got ill doing that and you certainly don’t want to be sick on your wedding day. I would eat my biggest meal for lunch and then eat a salad at night. Stay away from desserts and alcohol. If you really need sugar or salty snacks go to www.weightwatchers.com and buy a box or two of their treats. They really are delicious and don’t taste like ‘diet’ treats. And, no, I don’t work for weight watchers lol

well you shouldnt go to the gym daily anyway, when i started going 3 times a week i saw it made a difference. also there is plenty of exercise you can do at home, like go for a run in the morning, workout with a dvd, dance mat, anything.
And aswell as drinking lots of water, eat food you know is good for you and cut down on snack food.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don’t do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don’t use them up!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.
