Need a name for a Quick Weight Loss Diet?
Can anyone give me some suggestions for a name for a Diet. It is a quick weight loss diet over 5 days then step 2 is a longer term diet. So i need something like Loose it Now Keep it off Forever. Would like to have the words "lose" and "diet" in it somewhere. thanks.

What should I do for quick weight loss?
I have a friends wedding in two weeks and need to lose some belly fat quickly. I’m not bothered about keeping it off or long term weight loss so don’t warn me off fad diets or quick weight loss I just want to lose some weight for the photos and then I’ll go back to normal!
1. Jogging in early morning.
2. Some swimming.
3. Controlled diet.
4. No junk foods.

I have found the quickest way to weight loss is to stay consitant with whatever diet plan you choose .As well as take it day by day and even hour by hour if you have to ..
the most importaint thing is to remember if you start to think about cheating is what is more rewarding the long term goal of loosing weight and having a nice figuar or the cookie or whatever high fat or large portion that you want NOW !!!
For me it was the Jenny Craig diet it taught me portion size , calories , and I was able to eat things like cake , and chocolate …for me this was more of a real life situation that catered to me liking sweets and other things that tend to make you fat. I personally would rather have a little of whatever I like to eat than none at all.
You can do a similar diet with lean cusien just remember to include fruit, yogurt, and always eat breakfast as it will jump start your metablolisim in the morning and this as well will help you with excellerated weightloss …
I was on a 1000 calories a day but that isn’t always suitable from person to person. In the first month I lost close to 13 lbs 5 llbs the first week and I thought wow I am going to loose all this every week not true. from that point I started losing 1.5-2.5 lbs per week … usally just one week before my menstrual cycle I could lose 3-4lbs one time.
As well I tried to eat as many small portions as i could though out the day.. 3 meals and 3 small snacks …
I did very light walking for exercise, and went from 155 lbs to 118 in 12 weeks …

I was wondering if anyone knows of a quick weight loss diet. i would like to lose 15 pound in as little time as possible (below a month). i know a lot of you are going to write back and say there is’t a healthy way to do it but i don’t care about healthy. i am going hme from college and i wan to be thinner…i will continue to work out after to keep off the weight!

Yes, there is a very healthy way of doing this, but you will need to seek out a practitioner that has a newly developed machine that has been recently FDA approved and does work. It will take you about 3 sessions of 15 to 20 minutes each and you will lose about 5,000 calories per session.

Crash diets for quick weight loss?
What kinds of crash diets have you heard of that someone could use to lose 10-15lbs in 4-5 weeks?
Please no "you need **** calories a day" or "omg, starvation mode"………..because I simply don’t care. I’m not actually doing a crash diet, nor do I want to. It’s just a question, nothing else. Thanks.
I’ve tried it before, and honestly, it makes you gain weight.
In middle school, i was feeling rather fat and decided to quit meat and dairy and ended up loosing weight FAST.
I went from 140 to 115 in like a month. I think that’s your best bet. When you crash diet, your body realizes it’s not going to be getting any food and then eats off what little you have stored in your body, in turn making you gain weight.
The only way a crash diet would work is if you starved yourself for months.

definitly remeber to keep it healthy – no matter how desperate the weight loss is needed.
i’ve done fasts etc, and they are really very short term and actually must better for detoxifying than weight loss, so won’t help much for this. better is just strict, smart monitoring of your excercise and food.
basically, it sounds like your excercise amount is good – so just watch your calorie intake/vs outtake. make sure your caloric intake is less than the amount you burn during the day, through excercise or just basic body functions. to do this, work out for your height/sex/age/etc what your intake should be (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm may help with that), and either google or grab a book detailing the calories in your food, and the calories you burn in your excercise. this will also give you good ideas about what excercises would be better for weightloss (eg, running).
i’ve definitely found it helpful when i’ve needed to lose weight to write down details like this so you remember what’s going in/out.
if you do that, and make sure that the food’s your eating are healthy, wholegrain and don’t have too much unnecessary/unhealthy fat (rely on fish, nuts, avocados etc for healthy fats), then you are guaranteed weightloss, you’ll be able to understand and control. and it’s a practice for life.
other little tips that may help
1. drinking water, particularly warm water ie, peppermint tea keeps you feeling fuller, as well as helping your body out and keeping skin gorgeous
similarly, i find chewing on ice, or frozen juice can help when you are craving food you know you don’t actually need.
2. try not to reward yourself with food – if you are doing well and being really healthy, don’t give yourself chocolate or chips as a reward – take a long bath, get your nails done, go out for coffee with friends instead
3.watch alcohol intake – the calories in that are useless and surprisingly high
4. stick sticky notes up on your fridge or mirror reminding you of your goal

the key to a good diet is a rigorous excersize
and small portions(5/6) of meals a day.
mind to take in enough fibre, which is found in many foods such as oatmeal, cereals and brown bread(mind the carbohydrates) dont take too much suger/fat.
greens
fruits
drink alot of water instead of coffie or thee
they give you headaches
