this man is not … this man is not very well educated. he is sharing partial information based on what he took from a book that may or may not beneficial. He doesnt know that the whole grains and good carbs are not stored as fat when eaten in moderation. Do not post videos on youtube with information that could mess up someones life unless you are fully prepared to support the data you provide, broaden your knowledge and then come back to youtube, thanks.
i know a better way … i know a better way !,, eat like a horse , ride your bike 20km a day to work and back, then pump weights like a man possessed ! i guarentee you’ll be a fit buff in 6 months !
One factor about … One factor about carbs. Concentrate more on complex carbs, like whole wheats, fruits and vegetables, and less on simple carbs, like white bread/pasta, junk food, candy, etc.
Just came across … Just came across your video. I started the low carbohydrate diet some 4 years ago after trying high carbohydrate diets like LOW GI.
I gradually lost 10 Kg of fat, from 80 Kg to 70 Kg over a year period. I have maintained my weight at 68 to 70 Kg for the last 3 years. I am never hungry as I use to get eating excess carbohydrate- no massive swings in blood glucose levels with low carbohydrate.
Don’t get hooked by the Glycemic Index. Essentially it is a meaningless concept which is now outdated.
